(“IMPOWERQ,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Company website (“Visitors”), individuals who register to use the Services (“Customers”), individuals who submit job applications for job placement with IMPOWERQ or its affiliates (“Candidates”) and individuals who register to attend the Company’s corporate on-site or website events (“Attendees”). This Privacy Statement describes IMPOWERQ’s privacy practices in relation to the use of the Company website and generally the job placement and recruitment services and related service offerings offered by IMPOWERQ and its affiliates (collectively, the “Services”), as well as individuals’ choices regarding use, access and correction of personal information.

This Privacy Statement covers the information practices, including how the Company collects, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide, through www.ImPowerQ.com (“IMPOWERQ Website” or the “Company Website”).
The IMPOWERQ Website may contain links to other websites. The information practices or the content of such other websites is governed by the privacy statements of such other websites. IMPOWERQ encourages you to review the privacy statements of other websites to understand their information practices.
2. Information Collected
When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services, registering to use the website or other Services, or registering for an event, IMPOWERQ requires you to provide the Company with personal contact information, including name, company or facility name, unit name, unit description, positions requiring fulfillment, address, phone number, email address and other related information (“Required Contact Information”). When Candidates apply for a job with the Company or in connection with employment opportunities with us, IMPOWERQ may also require you to submit additional personal information such as licensures, certifications, education and employment history, as well as a resume or curriculum vitae (“Applicant Information”). Required Contact Information, Applicant Information and any other information you submit to IMPOWERQ to or through the Services are referred to collectively as “Data.”
As you navigate the IMPOWERQ Website, IMPOWERQ may also collect information through the use of commonly used information gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons (“Website Navigational Information”). Website Navigational Information includes standard information from your web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your internet protocol address (“IP Address”) and the actions you take on the IMPOWERQ Website (such as webpages viewed and the clicked links). 3. Use of Information Collected
The Company uses Data about Candidates to perform the Services or to assist you with respect to the pursuit of employment opportunities with us or our Customers or prospective customers. For example, if you fill out a “Contact Me” website form or request to be added to IMPOWERQ’s newsletters by email, the Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Services or to receive IMPOWERQ email newsletters.
The Company also uses Data about Candidates to plan and host corporate events, host online forums and social networks in which event Candidates may participate, and to populate online profiles for Candidates on the Company Website.
The Company may also use Candidate Data for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information regarding the Company, its affiliates and provide your information to Company partners and vendors to allow us to provide you the Services.
IMPOWERQ may also receive Customer, Candidate, Visitor and Attendee information from other sources, including third parties from whom we have purchased data, and combine this information with Data we already have about you. This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new candidates and customers, and create more tailored advertising to provide Service and service offerings that may be of interest to you.
IMPOWERQ uses Website Navigational Information to operate and improve the IMPOWERQ Website, as more fully described in Section 4 “Website Navigational Information” below. The Company may also use Website Navigational Information alone or in combination with Data about Customers, Candidates, Visitors and Attendees to provide personalized information about the Company.
4. Website Navigational Information
Cookies, Web Beacons and IP Addresses
IMPOWERQ uses commonly used information gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information as you navigate the IMPOWERQ Website. As described more fully below, we and our partners use these cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website and the Services, track users’ movements on our website, serve targeted advertisements and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. This section describes the types of Website Navigational Information used on the IMPOWERQ Website and for the Services, and how this information may be used.
IMPOWERQ uses web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Customers, Candidates, Visitors and Attendees’ usage of the IMPOWERQ Website and interaction with Company emails. Web beacons are electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website or Service tied to the web beacon, and a description of a website or Service tied to the web beacon. For example, IMPOWERQ may place web beacons in marketing emails that notify the Company when you click on a link in the email that directs you to the IMPOWERQ Website. IMPOWERQ uses web beacons to operate and improve the IMPOWERQ Website, Services and email communications – tracking website and webpage access allows us to tailor our advertising to you, which includes tailoring advertising for the Services and career opportunities that may be of more interest to you, and by alerting us to email clicks which allows us to determine which type of email communications and career opportunities may be of more interest to you.
Log Files, IP Addresses, URLs and Other Data
We gather certain information automatically to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the IMPOWERQ Website and Services, as occurs on most websites. This information may include your IP Address (or the proxy server you use to access the world wide web), device and application identification numbers, your location, your browser type, your internet service provider and mobile carrier, the pages and files you viewed, your searches, your operating system and system configuration information, and date and time stamps associated with your usage. Due to internet communications standards, when you visit or use the IMPOWERQ Website and Services, we automatically receive the URL of the website from which you came and website to which you go when you leave our website. This information is used to analyze overall trends, to track and aggregate non-personal information and overall to provide the IMPOWERQ Website and Services. For example, IMPOWERQ uses IP Addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers, Candidates, Visitors and Attendees navigate the IMPOWERQ Website. IMPOWERQ is able to and will use IP Addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our rules or terms of service, or to protect our Services, the IMPOWERQ Website, users or others.

5. Public Forums, Refer a Contact and Testimonials
IMPOWERQ may provide bulletin boards, blogs or chat sites on the IMPOWERQ Website. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. IMPOWERQ is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums.
Customers, Candidates, Visitors and Attendees may elect to use the Company’s referral program to inform contacts about the IMPOWERQ Website and Services. When using the referral program, the Company requests the contact’s name and email address. IMPOWERQ may automatically email the contact inviting him or her to visit the IMPOWERQ Website.
IMPOWERQ may post a list of Customer and Candidate testimonials on the IMPOWERQ Website that contains information such as Customer and Candidate name and titles. IMPOWERQ obtains the consent of each Customer or Candidate prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.
6. Sharing of Information Collected
IMPOWERQ may share data about Customers, Candidates, Visitors and Attendees with the Company’s contracted service providers so that these service providers can assist us with our provision of the Services or provide services on our behalf. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to assist in provision of Services to you or provide requested services to us related to the Services. Without limiting the foregoing, IMPOWERQ may also share Data about Customers, Candidates, Visitors and Attendees with the Company’s service providers to ensure the quality of information provided, and with third party websites and social networking and media websites such as Facebook, Monster, Google, Bing and Indeed for marketing, advertising and recruitment services on those websites. IMPOWERQ does not share, sell, rent or trade information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
In order to provide the Services, IMPOWERQ may share Data about Customers and Candidates with other companies, including IMPOWERQ affiliates. For example, IMPOWERQ may need to share Data about Customers and Candidates with other companies within the IMPOWERQ corporate family for customer support, marketing, technical operations, payment of wages and other account management purposes.
IMPOWERQ may partner with other companies to jointly offer products, services or programs, such as the offering of additional job opportunities. If you purchase, specifically express interest in or register for a jointly offered product, service or program from or through IMPOWERQ, the Company may share Data about Customers or Candidates collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our partners. IMPOWERQ does not control our business partners’ use of the Data about Customers or Candidates that we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.
IMPOWERQ does not share Data about Attendees with business partners unless you specifically opt in to such sharing via an event registration form. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may choose not to opt in via event registration forms. If you choose to share your information with business partners in the manner described above, your information will be subject to the business partners’ respective privacy statements.
Section 4 “Website Navigational Information” specifically addresses the information we or third parties collect through cookies or web beacons and how you can control cookies through web browsers. We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.
IMPOWERQ reserves the right to use or disclose information if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect Company rights or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena, regulatory inquiry or legal process. We may also use your personal information to investigate potential fraud or violations of this Privacy Statement or any other agreement we have with you. In the event of a merger, sale of all or substantially all of IMPOWERQ’s assets or consolidation, we reserve the right to transfer Data to a third party who agrees to abide by this Privacy Statement and use such Data only for the purposes for which it was originally provided.
7. International Transfer of Information Collected
The Company primarily stores Data about Customers, Candidates, Visitors and Attendees in the United States. To facilitate IMPOWERQ’s global operations, the Company may transfer and access such information from around the world, including from other countries in which Company service providers and business partners may be located. This Privacy Statement shall apply even if IMPOWERQ transfers Data about Customers, Candidates, Visitors and Attendees to other countries.

IMPOWERQ offers Customers, Candidates, Visitors and Attendees who provide contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing, announcements and general communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of the Company’s emails. 9. Correcting and Updating Your Information
IMPOWERQ may retain your information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection. For instance, we may retain your information during the time in which you have an account to use our website or Services and for a reasonable period of time afterward. We may also retain your information during the period of time needed for IMPOWERQ to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
You may request to review, correct, modify or object to our use of any of the personal information that you have previously provided to us through the IMPOWERQ Website and Services by emailing . Requests to correct, modify or object to our use of your information will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Customer Data
IMPOWERQ Customers may electronically submit data or information to the Services for hosting and processing purposes (“Customer Data”). IMPOWERQ will not review, share, distribute or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the applicable service agreement for purchase of Services with IMPOWERQ or its affiliates, or as may be required by law. In accordance with IMPOWERQ’s service agreement, IMPOWERQ may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing the Services or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law.
IMPOWERQ acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. If personal information pertaining to you as an individual has been submitted to us by an IMPOWERQ Customer and you wish to exercise any rights you may have to access, correct, amend or delete such data, please inquire with our Customer that you submitted the information to directly. If you wish to make your request directly to IMPOWERQ, please provide the name of the IMPOWERQ Customer who submitted your data to our Services. We will refer your request to that Customer and will support them as needed in responding to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Security is a top priority for us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your internet connection to our servers. We also take great care to protect user information off-line. Only authorized personnel handle your data and our database servers have a backup system to prevent loss of data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure and you agree we are not liable should a third party illegally obtain your personal information. While we have made a great effort to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Our policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the internet, and therefore beyond our control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.
